I'm determined to lose my tummy before D&D but determination doon't always click with mentality. I want to lose the tummy but I WANT TO EAT even more. Des was happy with the current timetable cos she feels that the fewer breaks we have, the lesser we will eat. True. But I'm always thinking "I don't think I can wait till the next break. What if I feel hungry halfway?" And I end up eating more. Plus, I'm always so lazy. Taking the lift instead of the stairs.My morning swim is always replaced by my sleep time. So, if I'm not going to exercise, I'll just have to watch what I eat.
Oh no, sore throat coming. Please let the flu come only after 24 July.
