We settled for lunch at Long John's and shared 2 sets of Ramadan meals. As usual, Joshua talked about school and gossiped about the teachers. Entertaining! Hahaha. And the happening thing was, Dicky left his thumbdrive on the tray and the workers threw the whole tray of rubbish away.
So Dicky asked the man: "Erm, excuse me. May I know which dustbin you threw the tray of food into just now? Cos I left my thumbdrive on it." JY and I were laughing non-stop.
We accompanied HuiXin to the Tamiya exhibition to buy one for her boyfriend. And they were having some sort of competition for shoppers. The MC came to us and asked us to join cos they weren't enough shoppers to take part. He said the winner can walk away with $500 cash and even if don't win, there would be gifts. So JY was like wah, won't lose anything what. We stand to gain.
Yeah, he really took part in the competition. And he's trying out to car on the winding track.
And he's proud of himself for being able to control the car back to the end point. But he's really good! He didn't hit the sides at all and won the guy in black.
The 2 fastest racers get to compete each other in the final round. And JY got in! We were so proud of him. Too bad Ba wasn't here to watch him.
Aww. But too bad. JY lost to that little boy. And all he got was a 6-months free subsciption to F1 magazine, which clearly no one reads. But the guy gave us $60 voucher to Bali-Thai and we'll use it for our next gathering, since the voucher expires after our A's.

Then met G to go Esplanade. The library's nice! So many nice piano scores, especially english oldies. I'll be going back there on Monday with my cashcard to photocopy those scores. I'm excited! Hahaha.

Saw the concert posters and I'm interested in the ABBA concert, plus the ballet from Netherlands. But all before A's so maybe I'll just go watch the ABBA concert. I love their songs!
