Jingyi planned a surprise birthday picnic for LiXiang, and all of us played along. Jingyi and Weimin went to Botanic Garden early to set up the picnic mats and stuff, while Dewei and I met up with Lixiang to bring her there.

Yeah, we blindfolded her and made her listen to MP3 player. So she's basically blind and deaf. Hahaha. And she said she felt like she was falling into an endless hole when boarding the taxi.

She just needed to hold someone for the sense of security.

She pestered us throughout to tell her where she was. She said, "Eh YuHan, tell me where we are leh. I promise I'll pretend to be very surprised later." And we told her she's in the zoo.

After we removed her MP3, she was like "Ya ya ya! I can hear the monkeys over there!" Yeah, she believed she was in the zoo.

And she was really happy when we removed her blindfold. She still couldn't guess where she was. She thought it's Fort Canning Park.

Jingyi baked these muffins for Lixiang. It's suppose to say "Happy Bday Leah" but her grandma ate up the "l".

And she made a scrapbook of collage for her.

We picnic-ed

and photo-ed.

Yeah, you didn't see wrongly. Those 2 girls were suntanning in the middle of Botanic Garden.

Hah, and Dewei failed to squeeze into the photo.

This shot is never missed in any of our outings. We're trying to flare our nostrils!

And this, we are supposed to unleash the dragon. Hahaha.
