I went back to the I-don't-wish-to-blog mood recently.
Like there's nothing to blog about.
But I've decided. No point keeping a blog if I'm not going to update right?
So, I finally went exercising.
Not too long, but it's a start.
I've seen every girl friend say I'm going to start my exercise plan, I'm going to diet, I want to lose weight, yada yada yada.
Well, I did the same too, though I didn't say it out loud.
I've been planning to do that since Day 1 of this long holiday.
But instead of exercising, I gained weight!
Because of that stupid HK trip, where I did nothing but shop and eat and EAT.
And today, my sis was about to go to the gym when I came home.
So I went down with her. (This isn't something I'd usually do. I'm usually too lazy to even change. I don't know what came over me.)
I jogged-walked at 5mins interval for 20mins.
More than 1.2km ok!
And I perspired.
Not enough to make me lose all those fats that I gained in HK.
But enough to make me feel good. (:
AND I FOUND SOMEONE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE UNION CAMP WITH ME!
