I got a call from NUS when I appealed for my Geog module.
The number's like 6516 xxxx.
On thursday, I received another call from NUS. It's also another 6516 xxxx.
Guy on the phone: Hi, may I speak to er.. Miss Sngggg Yu Han?
Me: Yes?
Guy: I'm calling from NUS library. You have an overdue book.
Me: But I didn't borrow any book from the library.
Guy: Why don't you come down to the library tomorrow to check.
Me: Which book did I borrow?
Guy: Old Wives' Tales. Borrowed on the 3 Sept, at 9.35am.
Me: But I didn't borrow any books.
Guy: Eh... Ok.
*Silence*
Me: Er, so do I still need to go down to the library?
Guy: Guess no need. I'll check it out then call you back.
Went home to check. The book was borrowed on a thursday morning when I was still fast asleep.
Today, complained to Xinru during econs lecture.
Turned out, that guy who was so polite over the phone, was KELVIN SUCKY DUCK.
And he was intending to call again next week.
