The lecturer showed this to us during the lecture on disability. It really shows the irony in life.
We've been staring at people with disability: Short people, as in those who are termed as "dwarfs"; Albinos; Handicapped; The illed etc etc.
No one ever cared about how they felt when they receive stares. The whole world is staring at them because they are part of the minorities. They seem different from us. Just like how I received stares when I shaved my head, because everyone else thought I was ill. They thought I looked different.
So how do you feel when you're part of the minors in society?
Now look at this:
Obviously the employer's the one with the problem.
The interviewee said he has a history of depression. Key word: HISTORY. And the employer says good good, excellent. What sort of response is that?
He fails in hiding his fear of the interviewee.
