Attended one of my distant aunt's wedding dinner just now.
The atmosphere was great and the food was fantastic! The whole wedding was so well planned, there wasn't a single glitch.
The thing about wedding dinners is that you can simply feel the love. I like watching the videos on the two individuals leading their own individual lives, then spending their lives together. It's such a bliss!
My aunt's husband is such a romantic die hard.
He gave such a lovely speech on the stage and dedicated a whole chunk of it to his wife, saying how her appearance made his life more fulfilling and stuff. Mushy, yes. I won't want my future husband saying all these stuff in front of all the guests, but hearing this at a wedding dinner? Whooo.... It's just so sweet.
He even made a video for my aunt as a surprise. Other men give their love ones 999 roses to represent everlasting love. He ran 99km with his friends, and even after every single one of his friends gave up, he continued to finish his race. All these to show his everlasting love to his wife.
I was telling Guan about this, asking if he would ever do such a thing.
He said yes, he wouldn't even mind running 999km for me! That is IF I gave him a year to complete it. Such a pig.
In a few hours' time, I'll be flying off to Mauritius!
Feeling kind of nervous, cos it'll be a long flight and it's not Singapore Airlines. I don't know why, brand preferencing maybe but I always feel safer with Singapore Airlines.
I hope the activities at Mauritius will be packed and fun filled, so I won't miss everyone back here.
